Contact Us with your invoice number. Returns without a valid invoice number will not be refunded. Terms and Conditions returns:

  • Items must be in new condition including all accessories and packaging.

  • Warranty card must be included in packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.

WARRANTY

Contact Us with your invoice number and attach the photos and videos that show the defect or error of products. 1 Year warranty for all Qlik’s product devices that purchased will be replaced with the same product if found to be defective from manufacturer within one year of purchase.

Terms and Conditions warranty claim:

  • Warranty card must be included in packaging.

  • Device, accessories and packaging should be delivered at our warehouse.

  • Customers outside of Jakarta area will be responsible for shipping the defective products

    back.

  • Qlik will provide free cost shipping for the same new products.

    Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of

    nature or shipping hazards, operation outside of the intended use, or damage caused by accident,

or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to

any non-Qlik’s product used in connection with the product
