Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping and delivery will be proceeded through logistic courier that you can choose in courier option when your checkout order. Shipping rates will automatically generate based on the product’s weight and delivery location. Orders are processed based on working hour and we always process your order as soon as possible after you made an order. Qlik – Daily Indo Technology is not responsible for delay, lost or damaged packages, we always make sure that we send your orders in excellent and safest packaging before we hand over to logistic courier, please kindly understand and you can contact both of us and logistic courier for help.


We provide several couriers to fulfill your shipping and delivery needs. There are JNE,
TiKi, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja, Go-Send (Same Day and Instant), and Grab Express (Same
Day and Instant). You can choose it by your own decision.


You can return the product if there were something wrong with the product and it comes from the manufacture, just contact our customer service and send your invoice number and we will help you for further processes with terms and conditions.


1 Year warranty for all Qlik’s product devices that purchased will be replaced with the same product if found to be defective from manufacturer within one year of purchase. Just contact our customer service with your invoice number and attach the photos and videos that show the defect or error of products and we will process it immediately with terms and conditions.
